Herbalista Free School Offers free online classes to help in your herbal journey. All classes are free and open to the public. Courses focus on community herbalism. Studies include: Herbal Traditions; Herbal Actions + Energetics; Herbal Basics: Diet + Digestion; and Crafting a Materia Medica, among many others.
Southwest School of Botanical Medicine is now a 501c3 non-profit organization with a mission to specifically support and ensure the legacy of Michael RS Moore, and to ensure the vast storehouse of information that he cataloged is available to the public. In addition to his classic set of manuals, his master herbal index, and other botanical resources, the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine has also added Michael’s full lecture library containing hundreds of hours of video lessons.
HerbMentor is a great learning program for budding herbalists. It provides access to courses on every aspect of herbalism - energetics and herbal actions, medicine making, culinary herbalism, gardening, and more! You can try it out for $1 for the first week and then subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan (the yearly plan ends up being about $8/month.)
The Grow Network (TGN) is an online community of 450,000 homesteaders that strive to live a modern, self-sufficient lifestyle. TGN community members grow food in their backyard, craft herbal medicine in the kitchen, and deliberately choose to live healthier and more environmentally-conscious lives. The site offers free blog/articles, recipes, and e-books as well as low-cost courses.

If you like interview-style podcasts, this YouTube channel is for you! Rosalee interviews herbalists and usually focuses on one simple, safe herb per podcast. Her website has a wealth of free e-books, blog posts, and recipes.
Legacy Wilderness Academy's mission is to teach Southerners how to harvest clean food and natural medicine from wild plants growing in their area. Their YouTube channel offers a wealth of free information on regional botanicals. They also offer a free e-book on medicinal plants of the southeastern USA.
Dr. Jones is a veterinarian, naturopath, and herbalist. His YouTube channel has a wealth of information on herbs, wellness, gardening, and preparedness. He runs the "Homegrown Herbalist School of Botanical Medicine."
7Song offers this robust course in herbal first aid for free on this YouTube channel. 7Song is a clinical herbalist, teacher, botanist, and naturalist. He is the director and main instructor of the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine. He is a founder, a practicing herbalist, and the Director of Holistic Medicine at the Ithaca Free Clinic, an integrative clinic providing free consultations and herbal medicine for the Ithaca region community.
The Holistic Herbalism Podcast offers conversations, plant profiles, and herbal insights (available for replay) with clinical herbalists Katja Swift & Ryn Midura of CommonWealth Holistic Herbalism.
Learning Herbs has a great website that includes a blog and remedy vault. The site hosts the "Herb Mentor" subscription school.
