We sincerely want all customers to be satisfied with their unique, handmade purchase. We have done our best to describe the condition, measurements, and materials used in all our products. 

If, however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please use the "Contact Us" page to request a refund. 

The following is our return and refund policy:

• All refunds must be requested within 15 days of item's receipt (unless a recall has been issued.) 
• Items must be returned in the condition shipped. 
• Please state your reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• After your return details are confirmed, you can ship the item back to Ancient Paths.
• Refunds are processed after the item has been received.
